This site does not use tracking systems, analytics, or profiling cookies. The contact form on the "Contact" page does not transmit the entered data to a server: upon submission, it simply opens the visitor's default email client with a pre-filled message addressed to info@adbengineering.it. The data provided (name, email address, message) therefore remains under the visitor's control until the email is actually sent, and is processed by Adb Engineering only if and when the email is sent, solely to respond to the request.
The server hosting the site automatically records standard technical access logs (IP address, date and time of the request, page requested), as is standard practice for any web hosting, for security and diagnostic purposes, and retained for the time technically necessary.
This site uses only technical cookies — specifically, a single piece of information stored in the browser's local storage to remember that you have seen the cookie notice, so it is not shown again. No profiling, marketing or third-party cookies are used.
Any processing of data voluntarily provided via email is based on the consent implicit in sending the request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR) and is intended solely to respond to that request.
